This has been bugging me for some time, so decided to do a search. The posters who said it was a pen commercial are correct. It originated in the late 1950s or early 1960s (yes, I am that old!). To the best of my recollection, the four phrases were (or sounded like): blast that flatterap, dirty ratzafratz, oda fillerami packaloomer and pergacloshepep. I guess the commercials made a big impression to remember them after all these years. Thanks for the trip down memory lane.
