It is always dangerous for one group to have so much power. As the Andy Warhol Art Authentication Board are funded by a registered charity set up using American taxpayers funds, I agree, they should be accountable for thier decisons.
I am tired of hearing about this foundation being dragged through the U.S.courts by the attorney general's office, and they always seem to win.
The only people winning are the dealers and the lawyers, certainly not the art community.
