Thanks for posting this. My question is how are the other two doing? I have walked by them pretty recently and they still seemed empty - it would be a voyeur’s dream if they were full - as none of them seem to have shades (not to mention thieves might be tempted by de Koonings and Matisses)…
I heard somewhere that Meier actually managed to have in his contract final approval of what type of shades tenants can use, pretty smart I guess. My first thought when I saw them was wow they are striking, but wait until the owners start imposing on the passerby puffy drapes and colored curtains.
