uniform (if any) window treatments would be a must with ceiling to floor glazings. after seeing all the 3rd ave nyu dorm shit-arch of the 80's go up it was great discovering these beauties. offering the first two with unfinished interiors seems like a good idea. the art angle is a little nutty. i guessing ms sunshine got her name at a faith popcorn marketing seminar
