this shot i found google picing nude bowl. it remains one of my big topographic models. it was an old abandoned nudist camp (varient on T.O.A.D.) on the edge of the desert. outlaw skaters went there to skate the empty lefthand kidney pool. it figures into the movie in one scene. no fear selma its fun, the film puts a real social face on the last gasps of babyboom sprawl culture and documents how skating gave meaning to a disaffected post hippie (soon-to-be punk) generation. also see a film steve (Do) turned me on to, over the edge, set in Arizona (zoners) sprawl in a town named new grenada.
