I have to check to get the whole story but no, the building has not been fully restored (I think Beyer Blinder Belle was first involved). I think the architectural league had a dinner in there some time ago too. This was a way to raise awareness and get some publicity for the terminal before jetblue begins occupying it (early 2005? But I am not sure about that date).
