Thanks, that's much better. Does nothing for the Velvet's site though, just makes the gobbeldigook bigger. Other sites (including this one) are much improved.
Turn off javascript (edit menu -> preferences -> advanced.) Because of the weirdnesss in Navigator 4.x this will disable style sheets which will make the page legible.
