i lived in south miami for a few years growing up as a kid and l-o-v-e-d i-t. when its 10 out in ny its 60- 70 in fla-la-la. that said id never go back even as a second home. but the place is only 500k wid your own helo-pad. good location for a cult group looking for a retirement home. just keeping my eyes open for the future.
