Florida got hammered more than most. Prices might not get this low again. Parts of it are overbuilt schlock that will be revealed as schlock (to those who can't already tell) as its bland veneer ages. The authentic will grow disproportionately in value. [The author is completely clueless about real estate and finance in general.] Another random observation: Northern Florida is S. Georgia. Southern Florida is a major hub of the Americas.
