too bad its state liquor stores, that would make for a lovely "natural wines shop"
and what is life like there??
its on the rebound. scruffy but on the mend. recently. 1.5 hours from nyc out I 78. on the delaware river border w/ nj. there is some talk about the liquor laws in pa improving.
