SF;
Slanted Door was amazing on most dish's, a few were just ok, the crab asparagus soup, the imperial rolls, spicy lemongrass tofu, grilled ahi, grapefruit jicama salad, oven roasted beets, etc etc but the #1 dish and I wish they were in NY cause I would eat it every week was stuffed monterey squid (pork, glass noodles, tree ears) which is like a spring roll with squid as the wrapper, with a orange colored sauce that is like what Wylie uses on his squid...WOW...3*

Zuni Cafe: Great brunch spot, but it does suck drinking amazing wine out of libby glass, oysters were so fresh, pizza's crisp, eggs very orange, sardines in cimmicuri sauce over bean crustini yummy, salads super.....2*

Tuscon the one place i have wanted to go is Mi Nidito other wise its high end resports like Janos, I know no more

SF for me its Slanted Door, but I would love to try in Larkspur the "hot" raw food of
Roxanne's

LA have not been in years, so I could only ask some people...

Phoenix, high end very good is Mary Elaine's and also high end press talks about Elements, both are prob Jacket Required.....

Will look into LA, hope this helps...

When do I get to fry some elk for you? My sis has LA like totally dialed in so we're good. I'll let you know how it all is.
