heard steingarten on npr discussing it must have been somthing i ate / just advised by my mom she's getting some turducken roll for X-mas diner. yum.
while im sure its yummalicious, somehow i find the concept of turducken, or in your case pturducken roll, a crime against nature, some sort of culinary inbreeding. i guess that would explain its appeal in the south. them is good eatin'.
