chicken fried bacon
first i heard of that. heart attack on a shingle!
I'm posting this on Nasty Nets.
The Hard Grove in Jersey City deep fries its bacon but they never thought of battering it.
lots of diners and restaurants deep fry bacon and sausage, it's the fastest way way to cook it. the batter's a new one on me though.
I think the Hard Grove deep fries its bacon because that's the way to make it the worst. (This is kind of a Bill inside joke--we used to eat there a lot.)
Bacon Salad: basically bacon equals lettuce. Garnish with fresh sage, use at least three vinegars but don't worry about the oil. Goes without saying, OG Pork only.
