Is this the E. Vil place (like 11th street?) or something different?

thats it mr dave but my pizza lovers pals say the the new place on first ave rocks best in city (and rivals di fara)....luzzo's between 12/13th......when they gave me the pie (long wait) i had watched him make a bunch (he's been making them there for 40 years) i wanted to cry or hung him.....pizza cost $57 with the $40 round trip car service, $8 a slice and worth EVERY penny
