This Jim could only guess you are basing that question on my recent reference to psyllium and the excellent reference to growing greens in a portable and mobile environment but to answer your question, no, I'm not on a diet. Right this minute I would like a steak, a pizza, some chocolate cake, I can coast on the alcohol, a loaf of homemade bread with butter, swordfish off the grill, a fast food cheeseburger, another pizza, and some ice cream. Why do you ask?

Well, despite all those things I said I wanted I did actually have grilled pork loin last night.
