I'll have one of each and a Pecan Catfish Meuniere and a Alligator Pie and a Crawfish Stuffed Puff and a Cajun Duck Po-Boy and a Pheasant, Quail & Andouille Gumbo and some Grilled Chicken Livers w/ Pepper Jelly to go.

I know, that's what I was thinking too. They should just have some collection of food like this at free event in New Orleans. I would gladly spend a hundred bucks a day to sample food like this all day, if I didn't have to spend the fifty bucks to get inside jazzfest. I guess on a much smaller scale they do have (the free) French Quarter Fest. Some good food, just not as much of it.
