Celebrating it’s 100th birthday in 2008, the Tri-Sum Potato Chip company is America’s oldest, and still run by the founding Duchesneau family. Tri-Sum is regional to the Massachusetts area, but have been shipped to customers as far away as Oklahoma.

Link shows Better Made still has its HQ in my childhood Detroit neighborhood where I remember visiting in early 60’s, just down the street from the Cusimano Brothers produce market, they initiated the local tradition of throwing an octopus on the ice at the Olympia when the Red Wings playoff series reached a crucial point.

Charles, that was the company I was trying to think of when I put up the Carpenters video. They delivered in Dallas too. Obviously it must have been/or is a successful business model but still seems like a crazy idea to me.
