Known for her fusion of traditional Mexican cuisine with French presentation, Ballesteros will introduce you to the history of mole, its traditional 35 ingredients and how you can make it at home. And to go along with your moles in the form of poblano, Oaxaqueño, rojo, blanco and verde, a Don Julio tequila expert will be creating specialty cocktails paired especially for each course.
