they are starting w/ nyc tap water from upstate ny. some of the worlds finest. then adding co2. but you also need those WWII era seltzer bottles and a hard core following. schwartz seltzer might stand a better chance. and the humping it around too.
i wonder if they are still making czech seltzer bottles. more bottle info.
We had a seltzer bottle when I was a kid. It was clear glass wrapped with some kind of metal mesh or netting. I think it disappeared after one too many Don Martin reenactments.
right those i believe ran on regular water propelled via a co2 cartridge.
