had to eat dinner so went with pan fried crispy leeks, asparagus, ramps in a herb/little neck clam broth.....add panko coated pan fried cod....surf & turf

take 2 last saturday....
no ramps so added spinach, didn't do the clam broth so this dish cost $10PP vs $15PP w/ ramps and clam broth....using some slightly oxidized wine gave the broth a nice zing 
Cod, Panko, EVOOil +
Spinach, Asparagus, Leeks, Scallion, Salt, EVOOil, Wine = YUM
