wanted to see if simple is better
EVOOil, salt, cod, panko, spring onion = 5....prob could have done no panko = 4 but think the panko holds some moisture and easy to flip
Can't wait!
it was yummy.
had a dream last night where i cooked it w/o panko and the fish fell apart
