Hard to say on the time. Personally I'd do 6:00 because I don't want to be falling asleep during my final bites (12:00? 12:30?) And also that way I'm not drunk already by the time dinner starts (although, yeah, I guess I could, you know, not drink before going...) Also, for us, easier to get babysitter if the night isn't so late.
If it is Atera, definitely no difference in the food between seatings. And I have some wine rec's from Skinny if you are interested. Seriously jealous if you're going there.
