Banana ketchup? Crazy. Looks good overall. I would try it for sure.
I like this new(-ish) thin smashed patty style myself. Not particularly high brow, but super tasty (speaking from Shake Shack experience; never been to Harlem S/hake.) With beef I think crust is key.
