Thanks. I'm supposed to make deviled eggs Saturday. I think I'll make my own pickled something to go on top.

This is one way to make sure my vinegar doesn't get old. My bottle of rice vinegar was brown and had floating stuff in it. Maybe ten-fifteen years old. I don't use much rice vinegar apparently. Got a new bottle. Used more than half of it. I'm going to need to buy in bulk if this becomes a habit.

Pickles were a hit. Bit of heat, but subtle. Minced pickles were on top of deviled eggs.
