yes, it was. i lied and told it the lemon was organic but it wasnt.

I also like how the glass is framed right. As if the empty space is suggesting courses yet to come. Maybe tonic water? Maybe spring water? The imagination runs wild. Sometimes a restrained dish is best for what it doesn't offer.
add drinking vinegar, large ice cube, slightly larger glass
When you source great ingredients you don't need to do much to them. Experience is knowing when to get out of the way....
