Chilled overnight, remove all fat, add squash & brussels, cook 9 hours @ 200
Wait.. so 16 hr's cook total? Curious...Pretty long..
I trust the Skinny butt tho....
the first 7 hours was the making the broth:>) and than the new veggies were still el dente after round 2, but that time could have been much less (4 hours??)
D'boned, more cooking, more squash, great local coarse polenta (another ugly dish, that Linda claims d'lish)
