Cold smoked beets wrapped around a pistachio:
Bernadine sauce with crispy chicken skin.
Ravioli with Apple, poached grapes, in a truffle broth.
Guinea squab, slow cooked egg yolk, salsify wrapped in some kind of pork product.
looks good but ill just have a side of hay, thanks.
looks like a little of Wylie is in the kitchen.....wine list could use some love
