Poached Monterey Bay Squid with tomato water dashi, fermented peppers, pickled sweet onion, charred pole beans and agretti...
The other has not been added on line, it was a peach/tomato salad

Sweet-Corn and cheddar Fritters with charred Padron peppers
Chickpea socca with cracked pepper and olive oil
Linguine Pasta with Sun Gold tomatoes, summer squash, basil, mint and spicy crumbs
Arugula and Spicy Greens with lemon, Parmesan and bee pollen
