LOL!!! I do believe it is black magic. It’s unbelievable. It mocks my sous vide which sulks unused beneath the bookcase in the front hall. I made a pulled pork butt today that cooked for 75 minutes and was better than the 72 HOUR sous vide version that I will probably never do again.
