Used a buck here (broccoli, 2 heads garlic, 1/2 onion, oils, butter, salt), but 50 cents would be better....
two whole garlics bulbs? yowza. is it oil first then butter for flavor later in the process?
Yes oils first, splash butter near finish, and 2 smaller heads of garlic. I ate 75% so 1 1/2 for me!!
