I misread this as Buddha roll, and guessed it was some kind of sushi. I don’t buy buttered rolls on the street, but when I was a kid I liked a white bread and butter sandwich as much or more than peanut butter (and thought peanut butter was better over a thin layer of butter.) Only problem was when the butter was cold; nothing so frustrating as unspreadable butter, where you end up with a bunch of lumps and tear up the bread trying to get it distributed.
