has some advantages, a gas stove for one. i was a little annoyed when i got the gas bill. $1.50 for the gas, $25 for the gas delivery. ouch. lamenting a little bit of lost light and view as i installed a/c in living room today. the better window had childproofing and just realized i might remove it last night only to be stymied by screwheads that were rusted away. wasnt gonna push it with the super who installed a bracket out the window today. had i thought about it sooner maybe i could have got the drill bits needed and removed it myself or at least had them at the ready.
