i think you said "rustic." that was an apt description. sort of upscale tavern or hunting lodge cuisine filtered through the lens of historical LES foodstuffs and the greenmarket moreso than standard new american comfort food. certainly has a less prissy feel than before. wheres the website again featuring that "fun to read" menu?
