i think they must favor the french cuisine (languedoc, peut etre?) at c&a because they do this dish with sauteed whipped eggs where they add meat and vegetables right into the...well, i wont ruin the culinary theatre. but, get this. theyll even ask if you want cheese with your omelette (ahhm-let) . inside? on top? who knows? those crazy frenchman!! its all just so continental!!
