I like Typhoo tea, which comes in loose or bag form, available from Tea and Sympathy's store on Greenwich west of Seventh Avenue. It's strong and what we refer to as "builder's tea" or the beverage preferred by construction workers. Or there is Barry's Tea that Dean and Deluca import at an inflated price, it's a bag and as good as a cup of coffee in the morning, which makes it worth the price. Sometimes they don't have Barry's and you have to go with Lyon's, they're pretty much the same. None of these bags have strings, which make them ok as far as I'm concerned.

"Builder" LOL great name! I was drinking Typhoo last week and had to step back down to the Breakfast teas. If we were tea drinkers here in the states we'd call it "Trucker"
