got lots of Vigneron in town, would like to do the next round--i ate there the other day and they have a new machine in the kitchen (i'll try to find out what it is) but we got sent out a scoop of bay leaf glob that was kind of like gelato which they serve w/ red wine--it worked--my guest loves this machine and wants one once he can afford it as it does all kinds of things....
