Flush went easy.....moving what are rumored to be stones per some seasoned veterans......the good news is that the difference from flush #1 to #2 is the toxic matter is like 1/5 at best (maybe to do with the master cleanse doing its part last month).....i feel great/really heatlthy, gained some weight back but still 20lbs less than 6 months ago (would like 9 more gone but i am not gonna go crazy to get it)..
