my assistant Miguel has a girlfriend who has been trying to figure out how to come to the US from Columbia for the last year. Finally she got a job working for a high-end hotel somewhere in Texas. When she got there the high end hotel turned out to be a Mcdonald's?! There have been all kinds of struggles for her to actually get paid. I guess there is $$ deducted before she gets paid making it that she is working at Mcdonald's only to pay rent for a house that she is sharing with a bunch of other poeple who are also working at Micky D's. Strange but true.
