i have found (limited experience) thats less and better is more in the end so stick to the best you can afford, i have not bought below but they are respected by chefs

this guy is great, he is the one we bought great tuna, frog hollow fruit, insane montana lentils from etc, so i would trust him to have a more"hand selected" approach and i bet better quality and hence 2 x the $$

  • thank you for the suggestions. I found an on-line source before I had a chance to check out primizie. Adman and kristin just sampled some fresh dug fall truffles in italy, so we'll see what they think of the quality.
