Great report SDB! I haven't been but this makes me want to make the effort.
Skinny, I remember that bottle well. I had one at Cook Shop as well (different grape I think from what we had in Kent.)
Actually, getting res. there is not as tough as sound...sort of. Got ours like, second try more or less. But you never know...I thinks is a good system basically. Worth the try.
