From Lambertville NJ, a series of books (3 a year) written, photographed & illustrated by former (founding) editors of Saveur. One of them came to our Farmers' Market last week where we served grilled italian sausage and (raw) oysters. Fatty briney. We'll do paella in the fire pit when she comes back.
