If i ever do one of these again, maybe a 55th birthday treat, its days of juice fast first for sure, this one rocked....
For the first time (and I still dont know how this works) my gallbladder was visably pumping hard (like a 2nd heart after a long run), usually slow but this is one of the important actions....
Glad its over and for the record I hate colonic's!!
