Feel better! Do they give you any instruction as to how to "re-enter" into the whole food world of eating? When we did ours - and that was only 5 consecutive days - they were really strict and said we could actually severely ruin the whole affect of the fast if we did not begin eating correctly. Dining out lunch/dinners sounds scary?!
