The fritto misto was really good. Fried lemon slices FTW. Since it was a Sunday, I got a chance to speak with the chef. She said her love of quail came from growing up in the Texas panhandle. From looking at the menu, I had guessed the quail dish was something that would be more reflective of the chef than the average dish. Guessed right! I should have asked how she got so much flavor out of the prociutto. Intense little bite.
