In the January Gourmet mag that arrived today was an article on Fresh.....they were mostly possitivo but did say "not inexpensive" and "cooking tends to be solid rather than refined", and they didnt like the clams (neither did I last time), but lots of praise on many a dish (I am ready for the "prime rib" of swordfish with creamed spinish and fried shallots)....lovely picture of sea urchin and cavier in fennel froth with orange oil (wasnt there when I went)....
You eating swordfish? Your argument against eating it is what got me to quit.
I prob should not, and didnt last night (not available)...I got the note from Earth Island to avoid!!....will try to avoid.....
