Laura Paolini's Crocodile Tears
This heartbreaking cyborg companion species video is best viewed on Laura Paolini's website. Unfortunately I couldn't make a direct link to the video cause the site is in flash. But it's pretty and pink and definitely worth a look. Laura will be mounting the entire installation at XPACE in a show opening January 9 called Mis[place]d: Animals Lost and Found.

Captain Jack B. Ashmore with two Doctors from the French Foreign Legion WWII: Burma
First, second & third graves of Jack B. Ashmore who was among 31 patients, nine orderlies and four Doctors killed on Feb 7th, 1944 in a Japanese raid on the Arakan Field Hospital in Burma.
