yes, on river starts at $250k i believe. still dig this a little further down the river. 1930's deco cement block ford dealership three ground floor commercial rentals and a big 3br residential apartment on 2nd floor. you can fish off the deck! in 100 year flood plain!!! good news is cement floor and no basement. just open the front and back doors and let the river pass through till it subsides. :)
