Mike, that monkfish you cooked last night was first rate. Any tips for the rest of us less gifted over the fire? Also, do you have a favorite spot to buy fish?

Thanks for dinner!

wow i am updating bills post--amazing--well rex and i had a heavy petting session this am---good to get him when he's waking up and forgets he's mean--we are bonding, we let him out side last night and he was allways checking to see if we didnt leave him, he also was living in the woods so he likes the grass etc to eat - wheels

Grow him some winter rye grass in a small pan with potting soil. It grows fast and he'll love you for it (this is your house man do what ever you want) - bill

buy fish only at union square--slice the loup in 1 1/2 inch slices--bake/roast in gramma cast iron at 450 flipping often in the broth (dozen lttlenecks, leek, 1oz water, 1oz white wine, carrot, muchroom, etc...) serve with the broth and 7 root veggie double baked gratin:>)
