Wine #2 2000 Truchot Charmes, sensual and tender, temporal wine. Truchot is for lovers.
Day 4: Greek Rose (yet another bottle of my fav Rose for 2003 Summer…..)
The f cotat chavignol rose has that beautiful orange-pink tint and tastes delicious. Served some to a customer of mine who's *very hard to please and she loved it to.
Was the greek rose the Akakeis Kir Yiannis, by any chance?
I'm loving the pink this summer. If it's pink I'll drink.
