im going to try and make a homemade version of this stuff. i need to figure out if its best to make tea or puree or juice it. dont have a juicer but do have a food processor and blender. it contains :

i got a nice batch done with a food processor. 1 ginger peeled root. chopped. poured off liquid into cup. made tea from the pulp. cooled it down added a cup of honey and 1 1/2 lemons. added brita filtered water to make two quarts. could do with less lemon juice and a little less honey. would go good w/ dark rum or bourbon or just straight. im out in pa right now.

right and thanks. ive been making humus too. trying canned and overnight soaked chick peas. i think that can come in at about 1/4 deli price. just made my 3rd batch. this one has heat from dried thai red peppers ground up!
